A message from Craig Wilson, Director of GB Watch Shop
In light of the current global situation regarding COVID-19, we would like to issue a statement of reassurance to all of our customers. As a company, we have already put in place several measures to ensure our customers and our employee's experience as little disruption as possible.
We are focusing on the health and safety of our employees and our customers and ensuring that our customers receive their goods with as little delay as possible. We have put in place procedures that allow all relevant staff to be able to work remotely so that should there be a need for self-isolation then this will not impact their daily functions. All we ask is that when contacting customer services can you please bear this in mind and have patience with the advisors who will be working hard to ensure your query is resolved.
With regards to the delivery of goods, we are staying in direct contact with shipping providers several times a day to be as up to speed as possible with the latest news and goings on in all the countries we service. If we start to have cases of operational staff not being able to work then we have contingency plans to ensure we meet the expected dispatch times. We would ask all customers to please have patience in this respect as some orders may experience a slight delay in dispatch.
We are confident that we will be able to maintain operational activity and we remain committed to delivering the same level of exceptional service we deliver daily.
